GENERAL RULES
- Packages 1 and 2 are catered for total 15 children only. Additional child will charge HKD$200 per person.
- You are required to pay 50% deposit when booking and locking in your party/function date. We regret this is non refundable in any circumstances.
- All venues, activities and services are subject to availability
- All children’s parties include free use of the venue for 2 hours or as specified by Elite Starz.
- Additional booking time will be charged at $500 per hour or part thereof
- The member must confirm all bookings at least 4 weeks in advance of date.
- Additional Party items will be quoted beforehand and require member’s approval at least 3 weeks in advance of date.
- Reservation is not confirmed until notification is given by the Elite Starz
- All confirmed bookings are subject to a 50% cancellation fee once confirmed
- All confirmed bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation fee once confirmed, if less than 24 hours before the party
- Elite Starz will not be responsible for any loss or damages or injuries for attendee, parents or visitors at the premises.
- If food & drinks are catered in the package, please advise Elite Starz staff if your child and guests have any healthQrelated special dietary or allergies at least 2 weeks prior to the date. No outside food or drinks is allowed.
- All attendees and visitors must always wear socks in the premises.
- Children under the age of 10 must be under the supervision of an adult member and abide by the Elite Starz rules
