• Parents need to complete and sign the application form and in person or mail it to us enclosed with the deposit and tuition fees payment. 

• We require a refundable deposit of HK$500 per child per course in order to reserve the student spot for the following term. We will refund the deposit when your child terminates with Elite Starz, provided the formal 14 days written notice of your intention to terminate classes has been submitted.
• Any deposits unclaimed within 12 months after the child’s last class at Elite Starz, shall be forfeited and retained by Elite Starz.

• Tuition fees are charged on a two-monthly basis, payable 14 days before the first day of the two-month term in which your child is attending classes. Payment is based on eight classes over the two-month term unless specified.
• Fees must be paid with receipt in full before students may attend any classes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to students if fees have not been paid on or before the first date of each term. 

• We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, give refunds for classes already paid for. 

• When a requested class is full, your child will be place on the waiting list on the basis of “first come, first serve”. We require a deposit of $500 per child per course in order to waitlist your child. The cheque will not be processed until enrolment confirmation.

• For students who enrol partway through the two-month term, parents may pay pro rata for the remaining classes.
• We can arrange make-up classes for children who miss their regular class only due to sickness or travel overseas. We cannot arrange make-ups classes for other reasons.
• We must be informed one day in advance and in writing of classes to be missed in order to schedule the make-up classes. Classes missed without proper notice will not be eligible for make-up classes.
• A maximum of two make-ups may be made per term, regardless of the reason for the make-ups.
• Make-up classes must be taken within the two-month term and cannot be carried over to the next term.
• If our available dates for make-up lessons do not match your child’s availability, we cannot guarantee a replacement class. Space available is on a first come, first served basis.
• We cannot reschedule a missed or pre-arranged make-up class.
• Make-up classes cannot be accumulated to offset the tuition fees for the following term.

• Elite Starz is closed on all public holidays. If any classes in the term fall on a public holiday, this class may be made-up anytime during the two-month term. Please arrange with us in advance. 

• We do not hold classes when the warnings for black rain or typhoon signal number 8 or higher have been raised. We regret that we cannot arrange make-up classes for these enforced closures. Classes will resume two hours after the warnings have been lifted.

• In line with the Social Welfare Department policy, we require all carers of children under three years to remain on the premises while their children are in class; waiting areas are provided. 

• According to the Healthy and Safety regulations, No eating or drinking in the classrooms or studio. We may provide a drink and small snack for children in some of our Early Learners classes with parent’s consensus. Please advise in writing to the Elite Starz staff if there are any food or other allergies for the child. 

• We reserve the right to dispose of or use any students’ work not collected within one month from the last class attended. 

• Due to the proprietary nature of our courses and activities, photos and videos may only be taken with the written permission of Elite Starz.
• We reserve the right to use photos, videos and/or sound recordings of children and their artwork, performances or classes, for teacher training, curriculum, and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by a parent in writing.

• We assume that your enrolled child will continue with classes from term to term unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
• Please hand in a completed “Class Withdrawal Request Form” in person 14 days prior to the date of your child is leaving, or fees will be charged as usual.
• Where 14 days notice is submitted, your deposit will be refunded and any remaining pre-paid tuition fees will be refunded within one month from the day of resignation.

• All participants enrolled in Elite Starz lesson/activities, do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, or guests as a result of participating in these activities.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice from Elite Starz.

• Please bring and pick up your child on time. We are not accountable for any voluntarily departures or arrivals.
• Elite Starz will not take any responsibility for the loss and/ or damage of the student’s belongings. 
• According to Business Insurance- (Third Party Liability Accident Insurance), Elite Starz will be responsible for any injuries during lesson time while inside the Elite Starz classrooms/studio. Hence we would not be responsible for any injuries encountered outside of the classrooms/studio.
• We reserve the right to change the course instructor, the time and the content without prior notice.
• Parents and visitors are advised not to enter the classrooms/studio unless invited by Elite Starz.

• All students must wear the uniform specified by Elite Starz when attending the dance lessons.
• All students need to wear appropriate dancing shoes when entering dancing studio.
• Students with long hair (beyond shoulders length) need to tie up their hair during lesson.
• Students are required to wear appropriate uniform size and style for examinations or performances.

• Students are required to be ready 15 minutes before classes commence.
• Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed to enter the studio.
• No make-up lessons will be provided for the latecomers or absentees, exceptional if you comply with the makeup class sections
• The instructors reserve all rights regarding the examinations and/ or performances.
• An administrative charge of HK$50 will be collected for each application in accordance.
